Delivery and Returns Conditions

Delivery

• Delivery cost within Slovenia is €3.

• Free delivery for orders over €50.

• Delivery to other countries is carried out according to the selected delivery service's price list.

• Live worms are shipped only at suitable temperatures — it is important to us that the worms arrive to you in good health.

Returns

• Returns are not possible for live worms (e.g., Dendrobena) due to the nature and sensitivity of the product.

• For other products (e.g., vermicompost, universal humus), returns are possible within 14 days if the product is undamaged, unopened, and in its original packaging.
